This morning I had a great smoothie that I make with the Stonyfield vanilla yogurt:
1 cup Stonyfield vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup berries (I use a frozen mix of raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)
handful of walnuts
(you can add protein powder to this for a higher protein drink)
